Tom Alford, Director


Tom is a senior procurement and supply chain specialist with extensive international experience in strategy development and operational deployment. A highly experienced professional with strong commercial and financial skills, Tom has a proven track record in:

·        Strategy review and development.

·        Complex high value Procurement. 

·        Procurement Transformation.

Tom’s experience has been gained working on projects for AECOM, Arcadis, Accenture, Deaprtment of Work & Pensions, Home OfficeKPMG, TalkTalk, Tata Chemicals Europe, Turner & Townsend and Manchester Airports Group.

Sam Alford, Director

Sam is a qualified and experienced Data Processing Officer and Auditor, an established published technical author, instructor and business management specialist.  She has over 25 years’ experience in:

  • Compliance.

  • Auditing.

  • Capability Planning 

Sam has a strong supply chain, planning, business and performance management background, which was gained working on projects for the Royal Air Force, Manchester Business School, Pearson Education and Taylor and Francis. Sam has assisted a variety of organisations in the private and not for profit sectors through the provision of advisory and implementation services strategic and day to day business planning, process documentation and compliance management
